I've been watching it on Hulu so I don't have to speed through the commercials on the DVR. And I have enjoyed it.

I looked at the wikipedia entry for the show and it turns out that it's a remake of an Italian show called Doc – Nelle tue mani.
The reason I went to the wikipedia page was to find out where it was filmed.
While it's set in Minnesota, it's filmed in Toronto, Canada.

It looks like Fox is going to have a “special” early premiere of the first episode of season 2 tonight. Likely will air the first episode again on September 23 as originally planned.
