Had a location with 1G/1G which has had 4 truck rolls, 4 new devices, still have packet loss and outages.
yesterday they gave a CGW452 which wouldn't accept public ips, the option wasn't even there, the tech called it in and they pushed a firmware upgrade.
still having packet loss, not sure what the next step is, maybe moving port on Ciena.
anyone have these kinds of issues before, i have a second ban in the same suite, there is sufficient bandwidth in the office, the second ban is a BGW210 from 8 years ago maybe it's been replaced once and it's worked great.
