How much are you paying for gas in your area?

Around here in North central Wisconsin we are paying around $2.55 a gallon for regular, it is around $3.00-$3.30 for midgrade and about $3.75 for premium. Ethanol free 87-89 grade is around the same price as midgrade $3.00-$3.30 or cheaper it all depends , Some places don’t have Ethanol free gas except for their premium offerings. Please keep responses to just the gas price info of gas in your area and not any political this and that. TLDR; Regular around $2.55 Midgrade around $3-$3.30 Premium around $3.75

Gas is going up 6 cents/l tonight because of the increasing price of Brent Crude and West Texas Intermediate crude.

The US imports ZERO gas and oil. We actually export some. Why do possible attacks in the Strait of Hormuz affect something that is completely sourced within our own country?

I heat with #2 fuel oil. Paid $4.249 per gallon on February 12th. $975 for 40 days. God only knows what the next deivery will be…

Station closest to us went from $2.80 to $3.10 in three days. They have a tanker come once a week, and it won’t be here until Thursday. It’s amazing how short that pipeline with lower priced gas is.

As for crude oil, there are a couple of reasons why oil prices haven’t shot even higher. First, the oil market is oversupplied. Second, and more profoundly, shale oil producers have expanded U.S. clout in the global oil market, limiting some of the economic fallout from the conflict.

The International Energy Agency estimates a global surplus around 3.7 million barrels per day this year.
