It depends on their backlog, and the logistics. If the path is completely owned by you, and is basically ground/lawn, it can happen quicker than if it requires the fiber being buried/bored under something like a road (or your driveway), or it needs to cross someone else's property (including an HOA), any of which involves additional process (and sometimes permits by the locality which can take days, weeks, months, or even years). Note that if you live in a location where the ground is currently frozen (until the late spring), do not be surprised about additional delays.
In addition, Charter typically has two different groups doing the work, one to just place the fiber on the top of the ground, and another to do the spade trenching.
