Last night, around 2am, my modem lost docsis signal for around 5 minutes and obviously I lost connection. I also had a cable tv box powered on, and that eventually cut out as well. This means everything was out for a little bit and it’s not just a modem restart.
Could this mean updates to my CMTS/node? Or is this just usual maintenance? I’m really just asking because of the LLD and maybe d4.0 deployments that are supposedly happening and I don’t know what to look out for.
Prior to this, my modem has had multiple months of uptime (only cut short by power outages) and the last outage comcast related was 8 or 9 months ago, I think when another OFDM was activated. I’m in Western PA with a coda56.
