I’ve been testing Android 15 on my Pixel 7 since before its August release. All versions have been stable for me. However, I left the beta today because the latest update automatically switched me to the Android 16 Beta. I wasn’t keen on testing a Beta 1 version, as I feared it might be unstable. Since it wasn’t an update period, I decided to withdraw from the Beta, which resulted in me having to wipe the phone.
Fortunately, my apps and settings (except for app logins) were restored from Google backup in a matter of minutes. Overall, the wipe was beneficial for the phone. It felt quick and smooth, and I think it was a good decision.
