HomeDepot Screen shots working again

I don't remember when it first failed but taking a screen shots for HomeDepot with Firefox stopped working probably 2 years ago or maybe longer. I disabled and removed add-ons and still a no go. Also FF always saved my screen shots as PNG files. I tried it the other day before upgrading to 128.7.0esr (64-bit) and it saved a HomeDepot screen shot as a WebP file and I was able to print it. So I don’t even know when it resumed working again or switched to WebP file format.

I take screen shots for a number of reasons but I like to do this for HD before heading to the store so I know the SKU#, aisle- bay number so I could find it quickly or ask a CSR in case they moved it. I received the FF auto update yesterday and upgraded to 128.7.0 and its now saving as PNG files again and still working. Not complaining just glad it’s working again.

Do you have a smart phone and use the HD App?

Jbob no but that's a good point. I try and keep the apps to a minimum on the phone. Generally I do my research from home then head off to HD or Lowes with the print out in hand. It was just odd that it worked then failed for a ling time and started working again. To trouble-shoot it I removed all the add-ons and still no good and then it started working again.

Are you using FF to take the screen shot or the OS itself? I've used the OS to take screen shots for like ever. FF is my primary web browser but I'm not sure I have ever used it to take a screen shot although I know it can.
I use the HD App if I'm in an HD and need to find where the item is at.
