Select forums to view?

First, thank you for creating this site - it looks like it is off to an excellent start and a decent amount of posts!

In fact, I was wondering - would there be a way that in addition to selecting favorite discussions, we could select favorite forums, and then it would be easy to see all the new forum messages that we care most about in one click?

Just a thought - keep up the good work!

EDIT: Also, is there a way to have it default to my last selection (discussions/forums-tags) when I bring it up again, if I use a bookmark to https://broadbandbulletin.com/following? Or is there a better bookmark to use?

Good question. The only reference to a default setting that I can find is in the profile settings. I'm using a desktop PC so what I'm describing may be different on a mobile app.

Click on your avatar/user name on the top right. Then click on Settings. Scroll to the bottom and you will see the following where you can select your preference.

I was confused by these categories too.

Latest vs Newest...
Top vs Popular....

I think MAYBE that Latest means the most recent post, whereas Newest means the most recently-created category.

Or maybe the other way around.

Or I could be totally wrong.
