Had to call them this week to cancel (Got fibre) and surprisingly the support is still in London.

Looks like Start.ca availability tool now redirects to Koodo - I guess Telus's plan is to rebrand Start to Koodo.

Plans look a little different - 300/30 no longer there, but they have 500/30 at $100/month which is $5 more.

With Start essentially defunct, and no fiber anytime soon here I may just sign a contract with Rogers and get 1.5gb for less than half what I pay now.

I mentioned when cancelling having half the site redirecting to Koodo doesn't look very enticing and implied your company is going under if all new orders are going through Koodo. I'll be at Tecksavvy till new fibre options become available.
