I recommend this to Friends and Family that use Win 11, great deal for 5$, I was using it before I went back to Linux full time.

OpenShell is another one that finally has Windows 11 compatibility.

Dustyn OpenShell was what I used before switching to StartAllBack, I think it was @Dks01 that put me on to StartAllBack

I use Start11 myself. I was using Classic/Open Shell until Win11 screwed up the start button. TOH, StartAllBack looks easier to use, and for one user, it is only $5, but I purchased a 5 user package of Start11 for $15 because it has every option under the sun. You can setup virtually any shortcut on the right hand menu. There is no "settings" search, which would help, but once it is setup, it works great.

ElQuintron Just before DSLReports.com went offline I posted an update to OpenShell that came out a couple of weeks ago. Looks like the release notes mention an update for Windows 11 24H2. I only use this for Windows 10 on my other PC as initially OpenShell would not work correctly with Windows 11 when it was first released. Now I think they've got it working. StartAllBack is pretty slick though for Windows 11 and pretty cheap for a license.

I've been using StartAllBack on my old laptop on Win11 for a few years, but kept it at 23H2, new laptop came with 24H2 and i just can't stand the taskbar, even with the tweaks. I really love an old style XP taskbar, with quicklaunch, small icons, it seems StartAllBack cannot do that anymore.

Any other utilities that can?

Are you using the latest version v3.9.1 ($5)? I can't imagine it has not been updated for Win11 24H2. There are other options though, like Start11 (30 day free trial then $10) or Open Shell. (Free)

Yeah latest version, I've paid for it 3 years ago. There is some customizability to the taskbar, but not the way it was in 23H2 and prior.
