I've been having good luck since updating to v135.
Just like so many of the things we may rely on.. I sure don't want to lose Mozilla.! Having been with them since I used the original Mosaic, through to Netscape and on through today's full descendant SeaMonkey & Firefox (keep both installed). Here's yet one more long-timer that's got a shaky sort of existence it feels like today.
With the overwhelming mass of everything that's Chromium-based, wanting to use systems that follow the actual HTML standards for functionality feels much the same as it did when Internet Explorer and it's prevalence of non-compliant code which finally brought about it's demise.. Supporting independent, compliant software in order to maintain standards that are not corporately owned feels more important than ever if we hope to keep alive the ideals of privacy and control over our personal digital imprints.
I mean, yeah, I don't have on blinders.. I see whats going on but, that doesn't mean we should just give up or settle for our information to be fully commodotized by others with no individual control or financial compensation to us. Considering how much money is already being generated from our data, which they'd have us think is worthless.. When it smells like a rat, looks like a rat and behaves as such.. Maybe don't trust 'em.
And, stepping off this soapbox too now.. eek.
