On December 27, 2024, Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition by affiliates of Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. (“Searchlight”) and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (“BCI”). As a result of the transaction, Consolidated is now a privately held company.
