MartyS Comcast was working on the lines in front of my house and cut some branches off the trees that were near those lines.
Comcast contractors won’t cut tree branches, unless they absolutely have to repair or run a new line. There not responsible for maintaining personal or city trees. If it’s a city tree, you will need to call the city to pick up the branches. Otherwise your going to have to pick up the branches yourself.

That’s because power company’s are generally required to maintain a clearance between the tree branches and high voltage lines. When the power company trims trees, they do don’t it to make it look nice, they do it just to maintain the clearance. Lol in the end, you may end up with a hacked tree with flat top, or V cut dawn the middle of it.
