Logic Pro would be Apple’s own pro music app. Obviously a paid app. Basically a more advanced version of GarageBand.
I think I used it once to muck about with some midi files but that was a while ago and the limit of my use of it
Im sure there are quite a few other pro audio apps out there too.
Ad mentioned Final Cut Pro is their video software. I think Adobe has something too, it used to be Premiere but not sure if there is a different named app. I too have heard of DaVinci resolve.
