Background:
We host a cloud application for customers across Canada. Over the last 2 years a few of our customers in New Brunswick have had issues connecting to our network in Ontario. A couple have had issues with data loss. All of these customers are using Bell for their internet, fibreops.
In order to start testing and mitigate data loss, we’ve moved the customers to a new server, different router, ip address in our cloud (we own all of the hardware). Today we found out the customer cannot access one of our IP let’s say 0.0.0.27 for some kind of reference… Yet has no issue accessing all of our others. Nothing in our settings can explain this.. we can access it from our side of the data centre, from our office (rogers) and via my bell cell phone. we can’t reach 2223, 8443, 443, etc from the client’s side.
Would anyone have a suggestion on how to get a hold of upper tier support to see if the issue can be resolved?
