Oh dear!! We are having the same debate down here about early child care and the lack of care, the complete lack of staff control of so called reputable agencies, that sees daily abuse of kids as young as 12 month old, (or even younger).
Any search which include “Australia” and “Child care abuse” will dredge up a sad list of such happenings.
There is a special part of Hell reserved for kiddy-fiddlers and child abusers.
