MyOptimum App

The MyOptimum app is available on Google Play and the Apple Store.

It is actually fairly useful, to help with account management, billing, etc.

I was disappointed however to find out that it is only available for Residential accounts, not for Business accounts.

It would have been very useful to have at my business office…. 🙁

Another problem with this app is that there is no button to close it.

And yet another problem is that there is no way to clear the “we fixed the outage” alerts.
