In my youth, I would do all that, do all the tricks and somersaults, run the System File Checker, reset all the Windows Update components, check all the permissions, etc etc.
Now, I just don’t care anymore.
I’m old and tired.
Microsoft will fix the update in several weeks, or not.
The people who WERE successful at installing it are saying that it causes slowdowns and “stutters”.
(This is NOT a gripe against you, but rather against Microsoft). 🙂
I’ll just use these resources to tell Microsoft to STOP their messing around for right now.
