Deco Mesh Help

Hey. I got my new gateway today from AT&T Fiber and tried IP Passthrough again. Same situation happened, would have OPEN NAT on my Xbox for around 10 minutes, and then would go back to a STRICT NAT and Double NAT. Also after that 10 minutes, my WiFi would become extremely slow.
I am running my WiFi currently off of Access Point mode, but would highly prefer Open NAT instead of Moderate NAT, and just having more freedom to customize my WiFi within the Deco app.

Is this your network:

<AT&T fiber> … AT&T gateway IP Passthrough Mode <wire> Deco router <wireless> Deco satellite(s)

As I understand it… the AT&T gateway in IP Passthrough Mode requires connecting your Deco router in Router Mode.

I don’t understand “I am running my WiFi currently off of Access Point mode”… is your root Deco unit in Access Point (AP) Mode instead of Router Mode?

You can’t do passthrough and access point mode. The deco system needs to be in router mode.
