I’m sure they’ll get lots of new subs IF they get more neighborhoods wired. Especially if they continue with unlimited bandwidth. At least with Fiber subs.

I currently have Comcast in the apartment I landed in after a move. AT&T Fiber was said to be coming soon, then it disappeared and notify me popped up. By the end of the month, AT&T Internet Air popped up. Hope I’m not stuck with that. I had Fiber for 1.5 years at my old address and it was miles better than Comcast’s 1.4/42 service that I had for just under 20 years prior.
