I'm broke so it has to wait, but I'm craving a Pizza from Oakville down the road, they make a really great all the way pie. I'm so tired of my own cooking (though I'm a very good cook). What is also a bummer is that I can only afford Aldi's which is both good and bad. It's a good store, but there are so many foods I wish for that I can't get. I sure would love to make a big batch of Hummus again, and home made Pita. And Dolmates. We have a terrific Lebanese place down the road, the owners are really lovely people, very community oriented and the food is amazing.

Powerade Blue Razz slushy. Place a 28oz Powerade (or Gatorade) in the freezer for 2+ hours (do not freeze solid). Any flavor will do but don’t use the zero sugar ones, they freeze with too large of crystals.

Found a nice Chinese restaurant, a friend’s recommendation..Lo Mein and Tsingtao beer for supper.

Tsingtao is labeled as a lager, but it’s more like a pilsener with just a hint of malt.

My current craving is for Augusta National Pimiento Cheese. I love regular pimiento cheese, and the Augusta national recipe is at least three times as good. It’s expensive to make, though. My wife is making me some, sometime this weekend.

I don’t care anything about golf, just give me the pimiento cheese.

Leona sausage is a German tradition, black leona being a summer blood sausage. I used to get it at Thurn’s in Columbus. The owner closed up shop last May, after a 138 year run in the family. I haven’t tried to find any for awhile but think Krogers or Meier’s may have it.

In the UK and Ireland it was black (or blood) pudding. A traditional English breakfast. In Ireland, I had white pudding and black pudding and rashers, bangers, eggs, bread, tomato.
