30 bucks seems cheap, how will the sponsors make money?
If 500 people come, that’s only 15k, and the expenses and everything else have to come out of that!
They’d make more money selling it as a stream (lower price but lots more customers).
Once the name is revealed, it’s not worth anything anymore.
(And all the Mob gossip is online for free—has been for years).
I can easily just go to bed that night, find out the name the next morning, and save even that 30 bucks.
