Decided to let the internal updater update to 140.0esr. Nothing obviously different other than it turned off the menu bar, which I had to turn back on. No update to 140.0.1 available yet.

Updating broke my TbSync and Provider for Exchange ActiveSync again, but it was easy enough to fix

The internal updater to v140.0.1 is available to me or can be had manually here. I’m still waiting on Betterbird’s green light before going ahead to the 140 series.

I installed the update earlier today via the internal updater. The only odd thing it did was remove my Menu bar which was easy enough to re-enable. I did make backup of the entire Thunderbird directory within the \AppData\Roaming directory before doing so just in case.

Other than that everything else seems to be OK. All my accounts are setup as POP btw.
