It seems that the split from CL is fully underway finally. For the first time in years, my parents C3000Z received a firmware update.
- Old firmware: CZD005-4.16.011.0.bin
- New firmware: BZD005-4.16.011.6.bin (not available for direct download though)
No visible changes that I can see. Everything is still logo’d as CL in the modem pages. Maybe soon the modems will update and everything will be in brightspeed logos. I have a C4000BZ that I will check for a firmware update, too.
