Bulk Crap Uninstaller v5.9 released.

I immediately noticed that the size of the installer was about 10% of the size of prior versions but upon looking at the changes I noticed the following statement (it installed and updated my prior v5.8.3 without any problem):

• The setup is now significantly smaller and no longer includes the portable version.

Yes, definitely smaller in file size due to the program no longer bundling .NET Framework 6 by default. Although it is still an option if you wish to download it. Otherwise, the BCU prompts to download it for you.

Code Signing

BCU executables and installer are no longer signed. While signing helped reduce false antivirus detections, it also caused some issues. For more details, see discussion #737. Code signing may return if a solution is found.

This is going to cause headaches for people and their A/V.

BCUninstaller portable zip is being flagged as Malware by Windows 10 (Defender) and virus total is also showing 7 positive results for unspecified trojans. #774

These are more than likely false positives, but they are alarmingly high especially for the portable version.
