Thanks for providing the new site.Is there a way to start in a specific forum? At the old site the forums were on one page so it was easy to get to a specific group. Here I have to scroll down multiple times to the AT&T internet forum, and the forums aren't grouped or in alphabetical order.

Here "forums" are called "Tags" and "threads" are called "Discussions". The main page is the Tag page and is somewhat alphabetized. General Tags are grouped at the top, then there is a small group of Tags for mobile services and finally the ISP group of Tags; each group is alphabetized. You can follow a Tag by clicking on it and cchoosing "Follow" under the "Start a Discussion" button on the left panel. You can follow a Discussion by clicking on the three vertical dots next to the title and choosing to follow. On the left panel you will find selections for "All Discussions", "Private Discussions", "Following" and "Tags". After selecting "Following" you have the further choice of "Followed Tags" or "Followed Discussions". Ordinary members cannot start a new Tag. You may request one here
