What hoops do I have to go through to bring my current Internet speed down to what I actually need?

And, if I may also add, when I have to wait a minute or so to go from one screen to the next on the Xfinity website, something is very, very wrong.

The lowest postpaid tier is now 300/100.

There are the prepaid 100/20 and 200/20 tier, though.

camper Call Customer Service or use the official sub-reddit. They do not make downgrades or getting a promotional price as an existing customer easy online.

You’re right of course, but no business makes it easy for you to spend less than you currently are.

A somewhat parallel example would be trying to order a fast-food combo as “small” rather than “medium” or “large”.

As was said, hopefully customer service should be able to help you although even there it may be a bit aggravating.

Mine was like that so what I did was put the 2 gig tier in my cart then clicked next.
Did not proceed after that and cleared browser cache/cookies then went back in.
Now they all show up.
