Mine was similar but it was a bad old Fios ONT on the side of the house that was 18 years old. It took so long for us because it was a weekend. I did get a credit for $12.20 cents for the 3 day outage and now I am on GPON and everything was moved inside to the garage instead it all being mounted on the outside of the house.
