GeekGirl1 It’s the weekend and I’m on vacation in Ocean City NJ
Enjoy your time at the beach! In October, we always go to a beach house in NC owned by a friend. By that time, the tourists have left, the beach is practically empty and I have time and space to bike, launch and fly my kites, and photograph the native birds and scenery. There’s a marina and restaurant/bar where skippers ferrying boats from the north down to FL stop to refuel, repair and get supplies. They usually have good stories of their experiences.
We got a good price when we sold our Florida place, so we have extra resources to use in other travels and stays. I miss my friends there, but not the traffic, crowds and noise of all kinds.
Well off to get the week’s groceries. I have another middle of the night remote meeting, so the term “night owl” will apply.
