Virtual Repair Tool dont really help. For Internet problems, the tool essentially asks you to reboot the clients and performs a modem reboot. When the modem is rebooted, the tool doesn’t give me any information… As I mentioned, the problem is between the modem and the WAN (Internet), not the clients.

Perhaps a Bell engineer could apply the same fix to me (which doesn’t seem to be possible from the usual customer support).
