Hi Hellfire!!! First do we know if DSLR has bitten the dust for good?
Hyperoptic, whilst they are OK, they can be a bit... quirky... Not sure how "mission critical" their service is. They have targeted MDU's as a way to generate high volume quickly. No issues with that, but they are squarely aimed at the private residence market not businesses (though they do offer business subs with fixed IP etc). So whilst I'd be unhappy at a lengthy outage, tethering to my phone at home would be OK as we have 5G, and I am sure plenty of the major town in Scotland do too...
