steelingbox Linux smartphone seems to be a no go, at least here in the states, due to VOLTE which doesn’t currently work on linux phones. There has been some work on that front, namely Fairphone 4, but im not sure of the current state as I gave up on it.
Somewhat-Reticent VoLTE on Droidian and other Linux-based OSs is out there; carrier support, however, ranges from minimal to outright hostile.
