Ahent That's fantastic news! Mediacom Chad has been such a resource for me over the years. He assisted me in getting my neighborhood a brand new node during the first couple months of Covid when the old node couldn't handle the traffic. My neighbors are eternally grateful for that.

B_W gregherrin325 I haven’t actually tried it, but on my Windows PC if I hover the mouse pointer over a user name a banner pops up. On the right of that banner there are 3 dots. If I click the 3 dots there is a message option.
