Had an outage today. As soon as I called in about it (was having other problems that evidently was “pre-outage”, they confirmed outage, and said if it was longer than 2 hrs theyed automatically credit the account.
Outage done, I’ve now gotten 4 phone calls… indicating its resolved, but also that they will be crediting the account.
