Is there a way to manage uploaded photos other than "hide"?

I uploaded the incorrect picture yesterday when composing a post. I was goimg to delete it to save space on the server, but found only a "hide" choice in the menu. Is there a way that I missed to do housekeeping?

The software does not support user deletions. I will watch for updates that enable it.

Maybe they have a reason for not allowing it. Like maybe trying to prevent illegal sharing. Oh well. Thanks for keeping an eye out if they add support.
