I was able to upgrade to 2Gbps service this past month with Cogeco coax. I went from 1Gbps/30Mbps to 2Gbps/140Mbps service with an upgrade to a SageCom DOCSIS 3.2 Modem. I am running that via Ethernet into my Unifi UDR7. From Usenet I can pull 230MB/Second at peak speeds. The increased upload has been a huge QOL improvement for Teams calls when my wife and I are both working from home.
