Fizz says up to 150 Mbps while Koodo says 100 Mbps (4G LTE, which is the only one you can get at the moment unless you were grandfathered on a previous 5G plan, in which case it’s up to 250 Mbps).
Sources (connected from Québec, perhaps it’s different from a different province):
“Ultrafast LTE technology makes it possible to offer an ultrafast cellular data network. Browse, watch and download at speeds of up to 150 Mbps, depending on where you are and what device you’re on.1”

_"3. Why can’t I choose a 5G plan on the rate plan page?
Koodo currently does not have any 5G plans available for New Customers, but has many 4G plan offerings available that reach download speeds of up to 100 Mbps. Existing customers on 5G legacy plans will continue to enjoy 5G speeds of up to 250 Mbps unless they change their rate plan."_
