After suffering with Centurylink and Comcast for years we finally got fiber from Bam last year.
Customer service is local and great.

Hopefully other customers will post their experience here.

I got it in Parker a few months ago. Pretty happy with it so far. Glad to see there is somewhere to discuss BAM now, I don't think there was a forum section for it on DSL reports.

I'm in Littleton and have had it for just over a year. Had a few outages at first since the entire neighborhood was newly installed, but none in 6 months. They have a great senior discount at 25%. I have the 1.2 GB service.

I have referred two friends and should be getting 2-$100.00 Visa cards soon.
Also give you $50.00 if you put a sign in your yard.

Free router or ONT. I took the ONT and use it with 3-Eero 7'S. Get over a GB anywhere in the house.

So much better customer service than Comcast or Centurylink.

I'm also using the ont but with a Udm pro and unifi APs. Not super happy about their 23ms ping to google, which is slower than Comcast

Gshep86 Just tried pinging google from MacBook Pro terminal and it averaged 36ms. When I use Speedtest it shows 4ms to BAM. This is on Wi-fi about 15 ft from Eero 7.

I get 1-2ms pings to most cdns like cloudflare, CloudFront, akamai, etc. it's just strange that Google is the outlier at 22-24ms. Maybe some strange routing or peering they could fix in the future. I would love to use 8.8.8.8 for DNS but it's way slower resolving at 22ms then opendns, which can resolve a query in literally under 1ms.
