RayGeode Given the choice of 3 ways to login, 2 or 3 logins ago, having forgotten which method I had used before, I tried LOGIN.GOV first. After starting, I backed out and I chose ID.ME because it had saved a previous login credential. ID.ME Works for me.

Awhile back I had to provide a plethora of information and load an app that used my work PC’s camera to do a 3D scan of my face to create an ID. This was after a breach of the system we used where user profiles were compromised.
HFB1217 The VA that’s the Veterans Administration was mandated to eliminate its own independent very secure simple login to a centralized .gov system using “ID.ME or Login.gov” as its universal all in one login. So such a serious security flaw introduced to thousands of new users who had a secure system before is troubling and reeks of incompetence and very poor planing
