People here may have noticed that I like to back up claims I make, with URLs to articles. This is also true for other forums I frequent. This means I do more Google searches than the average person.
Earlier today, I did a Google search… and got a message that there has been “an unusual amount of activity” from my IP address, and please prove you’re “not a bot” by doing a captcha. Click on all squares containing a motorcycle, yada, yada, yada. I pity anybody behind a CGNAT IP address.
I’m on fibre and I have my ONT and modem connected to a separate power bar. I flipped that power bar off for a few minutes, in hopes of getting a new IP address.
