Ubiquiti router and Callcentric registrations

Hi. First thanks to the owners of this site, I missed the dslreports one. Now to the issue at hand. I noticed (lately?) that my asterisk to Callcentric registrations fail from time to time while the direct obi to Callcentric remains intact. Initially, I thought it was a Callcentric issue, but it appears it has to do with some combination of asterisk and the router I use (Ubiquiti), since when I reboot the latter everything goes back to normal, even without restarting the asterisk. There must be something in the configuration that is wrong/missing, either on the router or the asterisk. Any ideas? Thank you.

Hello.

Depending on your configuration, you might want to review your UPnP settings on your Ubiquity device. It is possible the session is timing out because of a NAT issue, unless you have native IPs for your Asterisk service. I wasn’t able to find that version on their WIKI. They had configurations for v14 and v17

Thank you. They suggested I use the version 14, but the problem persisted until I rebooted the ubiquiti. Now it is almost 40 minutes after that reboot and the registration is good. I am not sure when the problem appears again, after a few hours most likely.
