streaming services question

lets say i cancel a netflix or hulu subscription,and then i decide to resign up again could i use the same email address that i used the first time?

I don’t see any reason you can’t use the same email if you’re returning to them for a subscription.

beaglejohn you’re account doesn’t get deleted when you cancel. You will literally sign in with the same username and password and just sign up to what tier you want.

It depends on the service. I have signed up and cancelled Apple TV+ several times with discounts. Currently on the 3 months for $2.99 deal.

Netflix and Hulu aren’t tied to anything else, so you can either re-subscribe with the old credentials and keep any preferences/settings that were already there or use a different login if there is a new user discount. Youtube TV uses your Google account, Apple TV uses your Apple ID so those would be harder to use different ones. Sling lets you ‘pause’ a subscription and keep their free level of service so you don’t have to completely cancel.
