Although as per some other news sources, he woke up only after his neighbor called him on the phone since he didnât answer the doorbell.

Airplanes have various proximity and collision avoidance systems, so maybe ships should have some of that technology, too, although it probably canât help much in âpower-lossâ scenarios,
