AT&T > 1299 Congestion (Again)

Prime time congestion at the Dallas Interchange between AT&T and Arelion. Affecting Houston as well as it appears they are hauled to Dallas.

AT&T back at it again with a congested hand off to Arelion

I noticed some issues with streams buffering yesterday, but I think our traffic generally goes through Chicago.
