Received a ZITO mailing, saying a 2 year price lock for 1000 service for $.95 less than I’m paying for my existing Zito 200 service.
So I called, and she brought up my account, and the offer, and asked to put me on hold while she checks something.
Couple minutes later she returns and says she sees everything, but needs to contact the person in charge of this offer! It will take 15 min, and verifies my phone number. Ok.
I sit waiting………….
I have not yet received a call back. 5 hours later.
Thought it was too good to be true!
I’m keeping the mailing in case they ever want me to read it to them!
