UHC refused a medication that every other insurance company had approved. Fortunately, my symptoms have reduced (God’s work). It is a medication I desperately needed. It’s called Viberzi. Until the medication, I was a shut in and life was hell.
They ARE a bad company and it is shameful that here in the USA, land of the free and brave, we have such shocking abuse and greed. We are better than this.
Honestly, I don’t understand why only America refuses public health care when nearly every other country of economic strength, often less than our’s, can do it. All that insurance companies are is money grabs. They are still built around collectivisation, but give profit a portion of it, whereas straight collectivisation is working in all our allies countries. We are buffoons being suckered. Me included.
Corporations should not shield the executives who are so heinous.
