I’ve always enjoyed this show because it has a unique perspective on the Italian mob vs. black ‘gangster’ period of 1960s New York and it’s has some great acting by Forest Whitaker, Vincent D’Onofrio, and Giancarlo Esposito (whose slick as great congressman I always enjoyed watching).
The previous season was fun to watch, lots of scheming and all that, something I’d turn on while messing around on my iPad or laptop. However this season found a way to really shake things up, Season 4, Episode 5 was especially riveting… I can’t wait for next week’s episode.
I see the show offered up one one of the free platforms, either Pluto or Google TV if anyone hasn’t watched it and wants to catch up.
