New “Loyalty” Free Line Is Coming For Select T-Mobile Customers For May
The new free line will be available to select customers beginning May 8th. Eligible customers will have a “segment”, which is basically an automated account memo, on their account if eligible.
To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
Account must have been opened at least 5 years ago
Account cannot have more than 1 free line already
Account cannot have “Hometown Discount”, Insider discount, or Work Perks discount
Customers cannot have cancelled a voice line in the last 90 days
