Netgear downstream/upstream diagnostic help please?

Hi guys- Wondering if someone could have a look at this downstream/upstream log and let me know if there’s issues? This is my MIL’s connection, and, compared to ours (we live in the same town) hers is garbage; laggy buffering streaming TV and phone, and I’m over there every week, sometimes more than once. I feel we need to get a tech over, but I’d like confirmation of my suspicions.

EDIT to add that the Netgear is a replacement for a Motorola modem/router that was ‘behaving’ the same way, and I wish I had got a log off of that before I switched them out
