Slow dashboard at VOIP.MS

On the VOIP.MS website, when I make account changes or search for DIDs to purchase, there has always been a noticeable delay, but it has gotten steadily worse over the past year. My hunch is that VOIP.MS is overdue to upgrade or redesign their servers or internal network to make things much faster.

Do you also find it to be slow?

I have not found issues.

Recently obtained a new DID, and on a different day I ordered a custom CNAM for that DID, with no problems.

Well really, none of us here know their internal system architecture, and in any event such suggestions would be rather presumptuous.

Are you sure that the purported slowness is not on your end ??

Slow computer or processor, non-updated software, fragmented hard drive, slow Internet connection, slow or outdated browser, failing to clean your browser cache, malware on your system….?

I’m not a Voip.MS fanboy, and in fact I mainly promote one of their competitors, but Voip.MS has been and continues to be a solid presence AFAICT.

Thanks. My computers are optimal, and I don’t experience the slowness on other websites. The slowness exists no matter which ISP I use.

I’ve been at VOIP.MS since 2011, and I’m fond of them. They have a number of non-critical shortcomings, and this is one. Not a deal-breaker, of course.
